We absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel was walking distance to the strip downtown and a short drive to pigeon forge. The whole place was super clean. The pool and water slides exceeded my expectations. I thought they were going to be much smaller then they actually were. They were huge!! My 15 year old nephew enjoyed them as much as my 7 year old son. I also liked that there was plenty of seating around the pool area to relax and watch the kids play. We stayed in a king suite and the room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was a late football game on one of the nights we were there and the room was large enough for 6 of us (3 adults, a teenager, and two young kids) to watch the game comfortably with plenty of seating and we even had pizza and wings delivered right to our door. The staff was super friendly and very helpful.

The fall decorations in the lobby were very welcoming. Loved the breakfast area had it's own floor with lots of space and tables. Nice mix of hot and cold foods. Liked the juice options (orange, apple, mango) and that there was both white and chocolate milk. Appreciate that soap dispensers in the rooms instead of the waste that happens with individual bars. Beds were comfortable and towels were nice quality. I appreciated the lighting along the lower part of the wall near the bathroom so you can see if you have to get up after lights out and not disturb anyone or run into something.

The room was so spacious and the bed was so comfortable! I appreciated being able to do laundry.

Breakfast was ok. Prefer regular scrambled eggs over egg and cheese omelette. Also biscuits were terrible, couldn't eat. Sausages could have been cooked some more. Gravy was good.

Everything was great from the location and especially the indoor pool which my kids love and being right across from the favorite breakfast place to eat was a plus

Facilities are clean and mostly nice. Staff was great. Breakfast was much better than most hotel breakfasts I've had. Eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy, plus the normal continental breakfast stuff. Kids loved the water park. Great location, close to the Gatlinburg strip.

The property and room were exceptionally clean and well maintained. This location seems to value a beautiful property. My family and I were impressed with the cleanliness. The breakfast was fully stocked, hot and pretty good. There were multiple attendants refilling food and maintaining a clean space for guest. Splash Hollow - the reason we selected this property, having a toddler, was nothing short of exceptional. It provided numerous hours of fun for the entire family. The location is just a short walk from the main strip in Gatlinburg with beautiful views of the mountains.

The water playground was great for kids. We had a full set of towels in our room every day without having to ask. Tuesday parrot show on-site was an added benefit. Rooms and hotel were very clean. Good location just a short walk from the busy areas. Good breakfast and all day free coffee &tea. Cant ask for anything more.

Very clean hotel , kids loved the swimming pool and arcade video games!!! Breakfast was pretty good , Another thing to add was the staff was amazing , very professional, and it was awesome that the hotel brings live parrots for kids and adults to see.
